Objective: Managing the wellbeing of the client’s large, globally-distributed workforce Manah Wellness has helped a leading global financial services company in the latter’s quest to form a robust wellbeing community within its workforce. Read on to know how we worked with the company to develop an army of Wellbeing Champions (trained mental health first-responders) from among its leadership team. Each Wellbeing Champion has been trained in Manah’s proprietary framework, which enables them to respond sensitively to colleagues who might need help.
